Information in English

Open House at DTU

The Open House at DTU is a chance for you to learn much more about all of DTU’s undergraduate programmes. Each bachelor programme (BSc and BEng) has a stand where you can meet students and professors and ask them all your questions. You can also join a tour around campus with one of the bachelor programmes and listen to different presentations.

The next event will be on 5 March 2020 from 12 noon to 8 p.m. and take place in building 101 in and around the sports hall. You can find a map of DTU Lyngby Campus here.

Take a tour

Most bachelor programmes give two tours during the Open House. The tours last 75 minutes and are a chance for you to visit study and research facilities relevant for a bachelor programme that you are particularly interested in. During the tour students and professors will give you information about the programme and answer your questions.

Listen to presentations

You can also hear presentations from DTU’s student counsellors and from young DTU graduates. The student counsellors will give information about student life at DTU, and the graduates will talk about how it is to work as an engineer.

The event language is Danish

The event will be held in Danish, meaning that general information as well as tours and presentations will be given in Danish. However, our students and professors in the stands will be happy to give you any information you need in English. Please note, that all of DTU’s bachelor programmes—except for the BSc in General Engineering—are taught in Danish.
